About Joe
Joe started performing at the age of 10. He went on to study Drama with Philosophy at The University of East Anglia in the UK. After travelling round the world he trained as an actor, writer and director at the Lecoq International Theatre School in Paris, France.
Joe has been working in professional theatre, ranging from mask, to clown, Shakespeare to street theatre since 1988.
Joe creates and writes all of his own work, performing at festivals and events, large and small, just about anywhere… Edinburgh (UK), Adelaide (Australia), Aurillac (France), Koblenz (Germany), Weinfelden (Switzerland), Accroche Coeurs (France) to name a few, and on the pavements worldwide.
Performance times and locations can be flexible and adapted to your programming needs. Full insurance and public liability offers you a professional package and peace of mind. Individual packages are priced individually.
Joe understands that budgets for different events vary, and so can be flexible with packages and prices. Your requirements and timings are discussed and agreed prior to the event. Budgets are flexible when there is the opportunity to collect from the crowd at the end of the show.
The improvisatory nature and originality are what attract me. Michael Cohen MA PHD, Artistic Director, Sydney Harbour Port Authority, Australia Brilliant. He blew me away. Unlike anything I have seen. Richard Strange, Cabaret Futura, London, UK
We were lucky enough to stumble on your show on the Royal Mile last year – We saw lots of great stuff at the festival but your performance was the act that we found ourselves talking about and recommending to others more than any other. Mark Bushman, Managing Director, DATB, UK
