This is the second course, The Infinite 9.
It is wise to have completed the 4 Minute Fitness course first.
This is all part of Easy TaiChi For Busy People by Dr Keith Jeffrey. Taught by Joe May, international clown, fool, and physical performer.
I will teach through videos, quizzes and feedback.
I encourage learners to video their own practice so I can see their moves and give feedback.

increase personal physical understanding;
